Jérôme Harnois is a lawyer by training and a specialist in criminal law and criminology. He is also Chief of Risk Management, Safety and Institutional Affairs for the RATP Group. As a member of the RATP Executive Committee, he heads the General Management, Legal and Safety departments. A former sub-prefect, he previously held various management positions in the penitential administration. In addition to these management function,, Jérôme Harnois is also Chairman of RATP Cooperation.

Thibault de Lambert : General manager
Thibault de Lambert trained at university in economics and finance. After a stint in the chemicals sector, Thibault de Lambert joined the TRANSDEV Group in 1993 as administrative and financial director of two of its operating subsidiaries in Grenoble and Strasbourg, before moving on to the position of project director in charge of calls for tenders. In April 2012, he joined RATP Dev in the same position before being appointed Chief Executive Officer of RATP Cooperation in 2015.
Isabelle Coppée :
Trained as a geographer and mathematician, Isabelle Coppée has dedicated her professional life to public transport, of which she is passionate. For nearly ten years, she conducted network design studies for Systra before joining the RATP Group. After working in the metro department and at RATP Dev, where she managed responses to calls for tenders, Isabelle Coppée joined RATP Cooperation as project manager. Her task consists in conducting technical cooperation projects for low-income countries. She also brings her expertise on various subjects such as defining transport networks, preparing their commissioning, organising their operation, etc.
